What changes a business is when the person responsible for it reaches the answer themselves, with someone alongside them who knows the terrain.
That is what I do. Sometimes it looks like consulting. Sometimes it looks like coaching. With foreign-owned SMEs in Southeast Asia, it is almost always both.
The engagements are usually not a one-shot intervention. It may last a few weeks, a few months.
